By accessing KreatorsLab, you are joining a community of young creators. These terms ensure a safe, productive, and magical learning environment for everyone.
1. Introduction
Welcome to KreatorsLab. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our AI education platform, website, and services. By enrolling a student or using our tools, you agree to be bound by these terms.
KreatorsLab is designed to teach children and young adults the responsible, creative use of artificial intelligence technology.
2. User Accounts & Enrollment
Accounts for learners under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- • All registration information must be accurate and current.
- • One account is strictly for one student; sharing is prohibited.
- • Guardians must monitor student activity on the platform.
3. Refunds
Our “Creator First” Policy
If the curriculum is not the right fit, cancellations within the first 30 days of enrollment are eligible for a 50% tuition credit toward future courses.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
4. Intellectual Property
We believe creators own their creations. Students retain ownership of original digital assets produced during courses.
License to Display
By submitting work to class galleries, you grant KreatorsLab a non-exclusive license to showcase student work for educational/promotional purposes with first-name or handle attribution.
5. AI Tool Guidelines
Do not generate harmful or explicit content.
Do not attempt to bypass AI safety filters.
Respect copyright; avoid intentional lookalike protected IP generation.
6. Privacy & Safety
We are COPPA-aligned. We do not sell student data and design learning workflows for safety-first exploration.

KreatorsLab provides AI tools and education “as is.” We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated output or temporary platform downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to total tuition paid.
8. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated as AI technology evolves. For material changes, we notify registered guardians via enrollment email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
